  I went with friends and they got food but I was broke and didn't get anything so the owner brought me fries for no charge. Yeah it's pretty damn good

  It's unfortunate really. Been a customer for 20+ years. Broughty two year old in today who has eating issues since he was born. Brought some nuggets for him and the manager lady (the younger one) made a snide remark to my wife who had just finished  purchasing about it to my wife who had just finished purchasing two slices of Pizza.
  1. We are giving you business BECAUSE I am able to bring in outside food to feed my son.
  2. Even if it were for me if you aren't going to allow me in we would not go there in the first place and you would get zero (which is worse than some) business. Please see the big picture.
  Sad that this family is so jaded after so long of working there they are taking it out on their customers now. No wonder why they are trying to sell the place. Maybe the new owners will be more appreciative towards their customers.

  We went here last night for my 16 yr old's birthday. There were 10 of us in our group. My husband and his family have gone here since the 80's. When we got there it was not busy. There was a family of 4 and another couple. We stood by the counter for almost 10 mins. We eventually asked the lady behind the counter if we could put some tables together and sit. She said to be careful of her floors. We sat there for 20 mins and she never came to our table. My husband went to the counter and asked for menus. She said she was going to be right with us. He came back and sat for another 10 mins.... we had not ordered ANYTHING yet in the 40 mins inside the place. The lady finally comes in, somewhat rude, and says she does not have a server. My husband asked why she told him to sit down and that she would be right with us. She made a condescending smile and said she never said that. He said she did and she turned around from us and repeated she didn't say it. We ordered our food, where she told us they would be closing at 8:00. We ordered our food at 7:15. The restaurant and menu says they close at 9:00. We got there at 6:30. We were made to feel like idiots, rushed through our meal and treated very poorly. We were rushed out so quickly that my 8yr old was left inside while he went to the bathroom. Unbelievably miserable birthday dinner. I believe the woman we dealt with was the owner. In all her rudeness she was nice to my husband and called him honey, while the other 9 of us were treated with disgust. Good food as usual, but because of the service last night, I will not be allowing my husband to drag us there to be miserable... not worth the drive and expense....

  My husband and I went here yesterday for lunch,  and I asked for Italian beef with extra sauce,  cheese and peppers on the side.  My husband asked for a italian beef and they put the extra dip on his and my peppers were on sandwich with a tiny amount  of mozzarella on bottom of my beef in which I couldn't even taste the cheese. The beef was sooo dry and I couldn't even finish it. We will never go back.
